6.1. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
6.2. Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your payment date, you are eligible for a full refund of that payment. Cancellations made after 30 days of payment are non-refundable.
6.3. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6.4. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7.1. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
7.3. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
7.4. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
8.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8.3. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8.4. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
10.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
10.3. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
10.4. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
11.3. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
11.4. Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall take place in Delaware.
By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices, agreements, and disclosures.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country embargoed by the United States or are on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, or network failures.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
